We are a critical access hospital with 25 beds, a new ER, 3 OR rooms, 2 procedure rooms and an attached clinic.

Job Summary You will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions affecting the cardiopulmonary system for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, which may include, but not limited to oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring.
Education and/or Experience Associates degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care required.
Bachelor's degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care preferred.
1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care required.
Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Nebraska required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Required within 6 months:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care preferred.
Work Schedule Variable Days Schedule - 9 or 12 hour shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks Department is staffed from 6:
00am-6:
30pm Weekend rotation:
every fourth (one year advance notice) Holiday rotation:
one to two holidays per year; (four year advance notice).
Call time:
Begins at 6:
