Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Job purpose The Teller/CSR will provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, making withdrawals and recording night and mail deposits.
This role is also responsible for answering questions in person or on the telephone and will refer customers to other bank areas as necessary.
The Teller/CSR will also assist customers with opening new deposit accounts and provide ongoing customer service.
This position can be either part-time or full-time.
Duties and responsibilities Cash Checks and Receive Deposits Perform Systems balancing:
Core system/general ledger Branch capture Remote deposit capture Teller drawers/cash vault/ATM Greet customers internally and through answering phone and email inquiries Order currency and coin Discuss financial needs with customers and make appropriate recommendations of available products and services in a professional manner Mail account and customer notices Service ATMs Open deposit accounts and assist customers with ongoing account maintenance and changes Prepare and review deposit account documentation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or a GED Attention to detail Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally Ability to work well with a team Computer skills including Microsoft Office products Prior customer service and cash handling experience is a plus Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
